The Cottages

The Cottages are just a few minutes walk away from the beach in the seaside village of East Clive. We are situated within easy drive/bike ride of all the local amenities that the town of Clive can offer. There is plenty locally and in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Each cottage offers complimentary Wifi, linen and bath towels, beach towels available on request, coffee and tea making facilities, complimentary first morning breakfast provisions, Freeview TV, DVD player, non-smoking policy and self-service laundry facilities. We do also have six adult bikes available for hire on a first in first serve basis.

The Cottages at 198 School Road, Clive have been decorated to a very high standard, and are set in their own beautifully landscaped gardens offering a sundrenched, peaceful and relaxing place to sit. You have everything that will make for a relaxing holiday or weekend break.

Guests have their own BBQ entertaining area, complete with outdoor chess, and petanque, and for those you like pool, darts or to check out the some of the latest and greatest movies in our DVD library, then there is a separate games room available for guests to enjoy.

Bellbird Cottage

The largest of the three cottages Bellbird sleeps four in two bedrooms, each with a purpose built queen sized bed (with great underbed luggage storage).

The cottage is ideal for two couples with two double bedrooms, a shower room and open plan living, dining and kitchenette.

Low season pricing $190 per night, High season pricing from $245 per night, minimum two night stay. One night stays taken on late availability or where a gap allows. Please contact us if you would like to stay for just one night.

Guests are welcome to arrive after 3pm and enjoy a late check out of 11am, flexible by prior arrangement.

Tui and Fantail Cottages

The cottages have an open plan bedroom, living, dining and kitchenette, with separate shower room and are ideal for couples or individuals visiting the Hawkes Bay.

Low season pricing $145 per night, High season pricing from $175 per night, minimum two nights stay. One night stays taken on late availability or where a gap allows. Please contact us if you would like to stay for just one night.

Guests are welcome to arrive after 3pm and enjoy a late check out of 11am, flexible by prior arrangement.

Kingfisher Cottage

At 205 School Road, Clive

We can now offer a three bedroomed house situated just across the road from the other cottages at 205 School Road, East Clive. It sleeps six in three bedrooms, with rooms accommodating a queen bed, king/twin split bed, and two singles.

The Cottage is ideal for families or groups with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and fantastic outside decking area that is bathed in sunshine.

Low season pricing $330 per night, High season pricing $390 per night, minimum stay two nights. One night stays are not accepted for this cottage.

Guests are welcome to arrive after 3pm and must depart by 10am, flexible by arrangement, please enquire.
